Deer Ping Pong, (demo)

DEER PING PONG,
Foreshadowing cloudless days, just make up your own way.
Lessons can be taught, they can't be sold and can't be bought.
It hasn't served you well, but you've been served.
Meanwhile all the kids be talkin' just desserts.
There's a net (stretched) across the universe.
It might be the end of the world, but it won't hurt, but it could get worse.

Hey, no one lost their mind
they didn't have the time.
Let's build a new routine
If you want to make it work,
or you'd rather make it purr.
Did you order some poutine?
Flat bugs need to get a grip on life, strife, money. It used to be so hard.
Do you feel bad for kids whose parents are cops?
Or have you dreams where you're attacked by mops?
Hey, sleeping on the couch,
kangaroo and pouch,
live on rice and beans
Bump your head and blame the fruit,
wonder why you are so cool,
I guess we're all just fiends.
Stripped down you build back up.
Now you're not like you used to be.
We wanted to end this song with something clever, but everything felt wrong.

Oh Yeah, Pop Song (demo)

Super poignant lyrics, this is not our thing.
Look for deeper meaning somewhere else.
This is just a pop song, la la la.
Party people in the house, sing along.
In the park, on the play ground, come one and all, come here the sound.

Worriers On the March
headed out of town; a concerned hoard of frowns
They used up all they had, and they'll keep marching on.
Worriers on the march, keeping arm's length or more.
They gotta keep their comfort high, believing in nothing for sure.
They've run out of supplies and they'll keep marching on
into the dark sunrise.
They just keep marching until they take it, it's gone. They'll use it, it's gone.

Sleds (demo)

Whistled time to metaphors
Wasted time collects in your pores
If you want to see sign, it's easy to spot
I want to see a sign (we'll laugh our heads off)
Honestly, I cannot see anything worth more than dreams.
Tell me please, why do you grieve there's so much more beyond these things.
Snow drifts form in mounds outside.
Dress up warm, snow day arrived.
All the gods of the valley, take their dinner upon the floor.
Don't suppress the imagined, it may be all we're living for.

MonsterDudes Boise
Father and son band from Boise, Idaho. Began in 2004 with a cross-country tour and several west coast trips, playing with bands like Vialka, Usaisamonster, RubberOCement, Friends Forever, Foot Village, Evil Wikkid Warrior and countless others. The band is back as a two-piece after an eight-year hiatus. We're playing music which seems to have a Pacific Northwest 90s indie flavor, maybe? Forget it. ... more
